Epic of Ice Dragon: Reborn As An Ice Dragon With A System

Still, weird how the Fragment itself alerted me? It wasn’t physically present within my body anymore, merged into my Ascendancy Law… which is merged into my body and soul, yeah.

But even then… it was strange, no fragment ever does that, so what’s going on?

Is this because it’s part of my Ascendancy Law now?

I am fairly sure their Souls were sent to the River of Reincarnation, so it cannot be the actual Chaos.

But perhaps some sort of lingering consciousness within the Fragment, or maybe it’s developing a mind… or nothing at all and I am delusional and overthinking things.

Well… whatever the case, I should check the Archetype Skills in more detail now.

Let’s start with the Dragoon Knight Skills.

[Draconian Ascent And Descent: Tier 5]

Gather the Records and Causality of the {Dragoon Knight} into your own Armor and Weapon, leaping into the skies at near light speed, and descending using the accumulation of your Archetype’s Powers into the tip of your spear, impaling a foe and unleashing a devastating attack that ignores 94% of their Defenses and 100% of any Immunity.

Damage based on Martial Power Stat plus all Class, Subclass, Divine Abilities and Divinities combined +6000%. Attack can release a devastating {Draconified Aura Shockwave}, unleashing a destructive force that can affect several foes at once, dealing only half of the original damage to surrounding foes.

This Archetype Skill can defy {Chaos}, {Demon}, {Void}, and {Creation}.

Seems the same as before but stronger, no new special effects or abilities, aside from more defense penetration, damage, and… the splash damage is now half of the original damage rather than a third of it, not bad.

[Dragon Scale Ward: Tier 5]

Harness the Records of Causality of the {Dragoon Knight} into your physical body, forming powerful and tough Silver Armor Scales around your body, any part of your body, to protect yourself from damage, reducing All Damage taken by up to 90% before the Dragon Scale Ward is destroyed. Dragon Scale Ward Durability is based on Martial Power Stat plus all Class, Subclass, Divine Abilities and Divinities combined +4000%.

You can manipulate these scales to move at will or enlarge to a certain extent, working as shields for yourself and even allies, and strengthen any sort of armor, shields, or scales that already existed beforehand.

This Archetype Skill can defend against {Chaos}, {Demon}, {Void}, and {Creation}.

Oh, it can do a little more than I imagined… but indeed, this is perhaps the best defensive Ability I have right now, and it has proven to be quite useful already.

[Draconian Eyes Of Truth: Tier 5]

Channel Records of Causality of the {Dragoon Knight} into your eyes, gaining the power to see through all truth and creation without exceptions, you can now easily discern your surroundings, mentally map them, learn from them, and also detect and see every single living being moving within such vicinity of your Eyes. The range of this Skill is based on your Soul Aether, Arcane Force, and Fate Fortune Stats +3000%.

Using these eyes, you can see through all Illusions, and even pierce your foe’s very soul, seeing through their valuable memories or information, there’s nothing you cannot see, even the deepest of truths is revealed to you.

An interesting non-combat-oriented Skill, more about finding out things than anything else, but that by itself can be incredibly useful. I’ve already used it a couple of times, and the amount of information I gain from it is quite incredible. It can help me fight much more easily as a result, among many other benefits.

[Celestial Dragon Roar: Tier 5]

Unleash the power of the Records of Causality of the {Dragoon Knight}, channeling deep within your Draconic Soul and fusing your might with that of your Archetype, releasing a mighty roar to impact and shock foes, unleashing a mighty shockwave that deals powerful damage based on your Martial Power, Arcane Force, and Soul Aether Stats +5000%.

This attack can ignore most defenses completely and temporarily paralyze a foe that receives the roar at point blank, the shockwave and the amount of power it releases can be adjusted based on the amount of Ascendancy Law Essence used to unleash it.

The powerful roar can destroy barriers, formations, and runic creations as long as they’re weaker than the user’s total power and energy reserves, and if not, even weaken them enough to be destroyed in other ways. The stats of the opposing foes intimidated will quickly decrease by as much as 50% the more Fear they feel against you, the holder of the Dragoon Knight Archetype.

This Archetype Skill can destabilize {Chaos}, {Demon}, {Void}, and {Creation}.

As expected, this is the strongest Skill of the Dragoon Knight Archetype, and it is quite clear why that’s the case, insane amount of damage, almost complete defense ignoration, the ability to destroy and break through barriers and more, and it can even intimidate and weaken foes, decreasing their stats.

It’s perfect, just for me…

And now, the Snowveil Justicar’s Skills, let’s see them.

[Frostveil Embrace: Tier 2]

Summon the power of the Records of Causality of the {Snowveil Justicar}, and channel upon her most compassionate and protective side. The maiden’s snowy embrace soothes wounds and shields allies with a shimmering frost barrier, reflecting her forgiving love.

By unleashing the Frostveil Embrace, heal yourself and nearby allies moderately and constantly, cleanses from any Curse or other Status Effect while granting a temporary All Element Resistance buff for 20 Minutes

The Veil will also decrease Physical Damage taken by 55%, and Magical Damage taken by 35%, while solidifying at will, becoming as hard as a divine ice wall, which can be used against foes to attack them physically with it.

Durability of the Frostveil Embrace is based on Arcane Force and Soul Aether Stat plus all Class, Subclass, Divine Abilities and Divinities combined +1500%.

This Archetype Skill can protect against {Chaos}, {Demon}, {Void}, and {Creation}.

Not bad, I had detected this was somewhat the ability they could use… it’s like a weaker Dragon Scale Ward, but with its own special healing effects, but even then, seems mostly support-oriented.
