“Not bad,” Terrance said as he opened the gifts.

But as he continued, his expression darkened.

“More Silver Powder?”

Rina’s lips twitched. Whatever excitement she had felt was quickly extinguished by the sight of the sand-like substance before her.

The gifts sent by the companies and corporations Terrance had worked with—including Mr. Scott—all turned out to be Silver Powder!

These gifts were meant for Fallarbor Gym. While there were slight differences in quantity, but…

Terrance gave a wry smile. Well, as a congratulatory gift for a Bug-type Gym, Silver Powder is indeed a pretty good choice.

Terrance let out a helpless laugh. Silver Powder was certainly a valuable gift, and his teachers and Akon had sent quite a lot of it.

“This… is from Teacher Teresa?”

At last, Terrance’s disheartened spirit found solace. He loved unique gifts like this one.

It seemed that Teacher Teresa had anticipated Terrance receiving a pile of Silver Powder and had deliberately avoided choosing it. Instead, she had sent a bag of seeds.

Attached was an introduction: Chimera Leaf, a type of plant with exceptionally high nutritional value. It was one of the rare plants best suited for Bug-Type Pokémon to consume, originally native to the Kalos region.

Holding the bag of seeds, Terrance couldn’t hide his surprise. This meant the rear garden where the Bug-Type Pokémon of Fallarbor Gym resided could now be enhanced with some higher-grade plants.

The Chimera Leaf seeds from Teacher Teresa were something Terrance had never even heard of before. However, considering Teresa’s expertise in Pokémon food far surpassed his own, there was no doubt this gift was extraordinary. Looking at the last two gifts, Little Rina had lost all hope…

“Is this one from Mr. Champion?” Rina asked softly.

“Yes, this one is from Steven, and the other is from Professor Lucci,” Terrance replied.

“Quick, open them!”

Terrance picked up the gift from Professor Lucci first. He carefully unwrapped the packaging to reveal a delicate little box. Inside, a few sheets of paper lay quietly.

It was a guide for learning moves.

To be more precise, it was a comprehensive teaching system.

As Terrance skimmed through the papers, his excitement grew with every page.

If the previous items were only slightly helpful to him, and there were many things that could replace them, then this information is an extremely useful rare resource—something he would have had no way of obtaining otherwise!

They outlined the teaching methods of four kinds of moves: Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Sandstorm, and Hail.

Of course, a highly talented Trainer could devise their own perfect teaching methods, but the difficulty of doing so would deter over 99% of Trainers.

“So the gift from the Weather Institute is the teaching method for these four moves…” Terrance was overjoyed. Even before delving deep into the information, he had already guessed their immense value.

Only Steven’s gift remained.

Slowly, as the box was opened, a stunningly beautiful stone came into view.

“It’s so pretty!” Rina’s eyes sparkled with excitement as she stared at the beautiful stone lying inside the box, letting out a gasp of wonder.

The stone was a brilliant shade of blue like snow. Its shape was rhomboid, and from their perspective, its surface gleamed like jade. Under the light, it shimmered with a dazzling brilliance, utterly captivating. Under the light, the snowflake-like patterns created a dreamy, ethereal effect.

“What is this?” Little Rina asked in amazement.

She had no doubt that this was a valuable and highly ornamental keepsake or gem.

“This is… an Evolutionary Stone!”

Terrance carefully examined it, confirming his judgment. It wasn’t just any Evolutionary Stone but one of exceptional quality—virtually free of impurities and brimming with energy to near perfection.

It was likely that only the core position of an Evolutionary Stone mine, near the Source Stone itself, could produce a stone of this quality!

A common evolutionary stone displayed in outdoor shops and stalls, and a truly high-quality evolutionary stone, although they have the same function, their value and effect are vastly different!

“An Evolutionary Stone?” Little Rina was puzzled.

“If I’m not mistaken, this is an Ice Stone.” Terrance nodded vigorously. Steven’s generosity was astonishing; if one wanted to purchase an evolutionary stone of this quality, it might have a price but is hard to find on the market. This stone was even better than the Fire Stone he had used for Growlithe, and on top of that, it was a rare Ice Stone…
