SUPREME ARCH-MAGUS
Chapter 782 - 782: The Heavenly Dragon Rising from the Sea...At this moment, inside the grand halls of the “Saw Royal Residence”, panic erupted like wildfire. The ancient wooden doors of the study burst open as the family butler stumbled inside, his face pale with fear.
“Master, it’s terrible! Something catastrophic has happened to the Young Master!” the butler cried out, his voice trembling.
A middle-aged man with sharp, regal features looked up from his scrolls. This was Jai Saw, the patriarch of the powerful Saw Family and father of the late Prince Sumo.
“What do you mean? What’s happened to Prince Sumo?” Jai Saw demanded, rising from his chair with the aura of a raging storm.
“Young Master clashed with… Kaban King at the Silk Market.” The butler hesitated, dread clear on his face. “And… he… he was… his body was turned to ash and bones.”
A deadly silence consumed the room before it exploded into fury.
“That bastard Kaban!” Jai Saw’s voice thundered through the halls. “First, he spoiled my daughter’s honor, and now he dares kill my son? After being absent for twenty-five years, he returns only to wreak more havoc! WHERE IS HE NOW?”
“Master… no one knows.” The butler’s head bowed lower. “Our people questioned everyone at the market, but no one recognized him. This was the first sighting of Kaban King in over two decades and he is looking like a completely new person.”
Jai Saw’s fists clenched tightly, the veins on his forehead bulging with rage.
“Find him! Search every corner of Red Silk City! I want him brought here—alive or dead. No one humiliates the Saw family and lives!”
“Yes, Master.” The butler rushed out to fulfill his orders.

Meanwhile, within the majestic “King Family” Residence…
Daku King, a stoic man with an aura of untold power, sat in silent contemplation. A servant approached cautiously, clutching an ancient scroll.
“Master Daku… something strange has occurred.”
Daku raised an eyebrow. “Speak.”
“The contents of Young Master Kaban King’s vault in the Immortal Vault were… taken.”
Daku’s eyes sharpened like blades. “Who dares violate my dead son’s legacy?”
“We don’t know,” the servant admitted. “The Immortal Vault’s records show a legitimate withdrawal. But without the spell words, not even you could’ve accessed it.”
Daku’s jaw tightened. “Which means… only someone with intimate knowledge of Kaban’s secrets could have retrieved it.”
“Could it be that the young master revealed the spell to someone before he left this world?”
“Possibly.” Daku’s voice was low but dangerous. “Investigate. I want to know who accessed that vault.”

A month passed quietly as Kent Clark immersed himself in the depths of cultivation within the safety of his newly acquired mansion. In the solitude of his cultivation chamber, surrounded by celestial formations, Kent practiced the technique gifted by Elder Mahavir… “The Heavenly Dragon Rising from the Sea.”
His body glowed with radiant light as he advanced swiftly into the path of immortal cultivation, surpassing the early stages faster than most could dream. The secret technique resonated with him perfectly, allowing his strength to soar beyond expectation.
“I can feel it… my foundation is stabilizing.” Kent exhaled deeply. “With the King Family’s resources, I’ll ascend even faster.”
Determined to solidify his position, Kent decided it was time to formally introduce himself to the King Family as their long-lost son, Kaban King. Walking casually through the busy streets of Red Silk City, Kent observed the people carefully. Everyone was watching him like they were witnessing a Villain.
However, as he crossed a narrow alley, a chilling energy surged around him. Shadows fell from above as powerful figures clad in Saw Family robes descended, forming a circle around him.
“Kaban King,” one of them snarled, an aura of Early Earth Immortal energy crackling in the air. “It’s time to pay for your sins/ You will come with us.”
Kent smirked coolly. “You must be joking. Do you really think you can arrest me without asking my father?”
The Saw wizards didn’t respond with words—they attacked with lethal precision. Kent barely had time to react, deflecting blasts of energy with his growing strength. Still, he was outnumbered.
“Resisting only worsens your crimes!” another wizard shouted.
Kent’s feet slid back under the immense pressure. “I didn’t come here for a fight, but you leave me no choice!”
But before he acts, a new group makes an appearance.
Suddenly, a surge of blue flame energy split the sky. King Family wizards descended like avenging angels, their power overwhelming the Saw attackers.
“Stand down!” The leading King wizard, clad in gold armor, shouted. “You have no authority to arrest this young man!”
The Saw Family steward sneered. “Hmph. People from the King Family, what business do you have here?”
A fairy from the King Family floated forward, her ethereal beauty unmatched. “We’re taking this man back to the residence of the King family as ordered by the patriarch.”
“This man killed our Prince Sumo!” the Saw steward roared.
The fairy’s voice was cold as ice. “If you have a problem, let your patriarch speak to Daku King himself. I’m sure your family remembers the last time our patriarch taught yours a lesson.”
The memory of that humiliating beating from two decades ago burned deep within the Saw family’s pride.
“You…” the Saw wizards seethed but dared not escalate the conflict.
With a final glare, the King Family wizards escorted Kent away.
As they entered the grand halls of the King Family Mansion, Kent’s demeanor shifted. He started calling the King family wizards by name, barking orders as if he had never left.
“You, prepare a feast and make an announcement of my return.”
“And you, inform my father, Daku King of my arrival.”
The soldiers obeyed without hesitation, convinced by his commanding presence. Whispers echoed through the mansion—Kaban King had returned.
In the grand hall, Daku King sat upon his throne-like chair as Kent entered. The patriarch’s piercing gaze scrutinized him.
Kent bowed deeply. “Father, I’ve returned to reclaim my place and bring honor back to the family.”
Daku studied him for a long moment. “You speak like Kaban, and your aura matches his… yet your face is different.”
Kent smiled faintly. “I’ve been reborn in the lower worlds, father. Time changes both the body and spirit. But the King family blood flows inside me.”
Daku’s stern expression softened. The word King family blood made Daku forget all doubts. The Kaban’s aura surrounding Kent, satisfied him to believe Kent as his own son.
“My Son… I’m really sorry. I failed to protect you like a father.” He immediately rushed forward and hugged Kent tightly with tears flowing in his eyes.
