Primordial Chaos Dragon Tower: Harem System
Chapter 456 - 456: Kent Vs The Four Kingdoms (4)Pill Saint Barton lost one eye, and his chest was open thanks to Mara’s sword.
He had indeed fallen into a deep one this time. Among all of Kent’s women, he found himself facing Mara of all people.
Her legend is known by many.
Many call her a hater of men for she had never killed a woman before. Naturally, she hated men, so her trial of bodies are men.
Many know her as the Sword Dancer, for she moves like she is dancing, and she is really good at close combat using weapons.
She mostly prefers close combat, and it is one of the many reasons she is known by all.
Of course, nobody knew her true identity to be the infamous Dancer who once graced the sight of many men with her seductive dance moves.
It’s said that when she is in combat, just her moves alone can mesmerize her opponent, for she moves with the wind, and her body is connected to her sword, making every moment a sight to behold.
Now, the pitiful Pill Saint, whose plan was to set the six individuals he came with on Kent and then move back, was being forced to fight.
He never expected the formation set by the Evil Sect and the Middle Finger Assassin Guild to be destroyed so quickly.
But aside from that, he never expected Kent to unleash his own formation, one that could not be escaped.
One has to say his greed got him into this situation.
The other Pill Saints only sent their men to come after Kent while they stayed far from the battlefield. This saved them from getting trapped in the formation.
But his ambitions and greed made him fall into Kent’s trap.
Now, he was blaming himself for being greedy, knowing his chances of escaping death were next to none.
With every blow that landed on him, he could only recall what Kent had said: If they came against him, they would die.
“Why are you doing this, Gate Master? I’ve done nothing against your sect, so why come against me?” Pill Saint Barton said, spitting blood as more came from his nose.
“That’s the thing, Pill Saint. You really did nothing against my sect. However, you came after a disciple from my sect, and this disciple happens to be my man.
So, while killing you will be a loss to the four kingdoms, I can’t have you coming after him again. So you must die,” Mara said with a cold smile.
“Now hand me your life.” She moved again, swinging her sword at Pill Saint Barton, who just couldn’t understand why his attacks weren’t working.
Of course, his soul attacks weren’t working.
Elsa made sure the souls of her sisters were protected so that all forms of soul attacks wouldn’t affect them. It’s not complete immunity, considering she can only do that for Kent and three others.
The more she grows, the higher this number will rise. But aside from Kent, Lilian, Unity, and Selene, the rest of her sisters have 70% immunity to all soul attacks.
But thanks to Akira, they now have a necklace that protects their souls against even Tier 10 soul attacks.
So all his soul attacks weren’t doing anything to the determined lady who wanted to hand the pitiful saint’s head to her husband.
Pill Saint Barton is fucked for life.
Meanwhile, Kaizo has already finished smashing a couple of heads and is now locked in combat with a Level 2 Sovereign who looks like a body cultivator.
They are creating powerful shockwaves all around, giving them a rather large battlefield. Kaizo was having the best time of his life.
However, one could tell he was putting his all into it. His focus wasn’t entirely on the brute he was fighting with.
Kent and Grand Elder Ruolan are also at it, with Kent not even showing a sign of fear or tiredness. Instead, his eyes are filled with determination.
He had already destroyed close to fifteen corpse puppets.
“Fractured Void.”
Kent used the Sword Gaze skill, causing a large crack to appear behind the skinny man again, but instead of a sword arc coming out, a crescent-shaped arc flashed out just in time for Kent to unleash 450 sword arcs.
Grand Elder Ruolan moved back, but before he could put away the coffin, considering the sword attacks were coming for it, a powerful punch came from one side, shattering it completely.
“Nice one, Kaizo,” Kent smiled.
He had been trying to destroy the coffin for a while now, but the skinny man wasn’t creating any openings for him. So, he devised the next best move: to let Kaizo handle it.
“Now that your coffin is gone, you can die,” Kent said with a smile. He vanished and appeared behind Grand Elder Ruolan, swinging his sword at his leg.
But, Ruolan evaded, moving back. It was a close call, but he evaded it. Of course, Kent was disappointed at this outcome.
Kent, who has memories of his past life as Jest, now possesses all the skills known to the point he had remembered to.
His finger trailed along the blade of his sword, causing it to crackle with lightning.
“Blinding Slash.” His sword traced a blinding arc across the landscape and exploded on the body of the now tired and shaken Peak Sovereign, who just couldn’t tell how a mere Great Sage was able to handle all his deadly attacks.
Kent wasn’t even hurt.
Of course, this was thanks to his life inside the Sword Valley back in his life as Jest. Back then, facing harrowing dangers, he had developed a sixth sense that allowed him to sense anything coming for his life.
So he unleashed yet another blinding slash, one of Jest’s signature moves.
Grand Elder Ruolan felt his body overwhelmed by the paralyzing effect of Kent’s lightning.
Kent moved and appeared behind him again, unleashing yet another attack.
This time, his sword landed on Grand Elder Ruolan’s body, but shockingly, it left no mark. Still, Kent didn’t give up. He certainly didn’t want to spare the evil man, who was now bleeding from his nose.
Bang.
Suddenly, the entire battlefield shook, causing cracks to appear in the formation.
“They’re finally here.” Kent smiled and stopped moving.
“Time for you to die.” He sheathed his sword and raised his thin hand.
“And there shall be darkness,” Kent said, unleashing the [Edge of the Night] skill and creating a domain of darkness around Grand Elder Ruolan.
This allowed him to unleash yet another sword arc from the void. This landed quite well on Grand Elder Ruolan’s body, sending him flying.
After he had recovered, he locked eyes with Kent. The brat smirks and unleashes another attack.
“Hand me your soul.” The command was simple, but Grand Elder Ruolan felt something piercing stab through his soul, causing him to cough up blood.
He had a soul defense treasure that prevented him from dying instantly.
Kent sensed this, smiled, and flicked his finger, causing the void to crack. Grand Elder Ruolan turned and looked, ready to defend against another sword arc.
However, he only saw a red eye that snapped open, meeting his gaze. When the eye opened, he fell from the sky, landing heavily on the ground.
The Soul-Rending Glare cannot be defended against easily. So he fell to his death, and a second later, his body was claimed by Kent, who couldn’t allow a Sovereign’s body to go to waste.
He turned to his women and army, causing a smile to appear on his face.
“The big leagues are here, so why don’t we wrap things up here?
