“Is this our new home?” Rokuko asked while looking at the clearing that was in front of them.

This was a clearing that was in the middle of the forest, a place that seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere.

Other than Lin Fan, Rokuko, and the horse carriage behind them, there was nothing else that was in this place.

Lin Fan gave a simple nod before turning to Rokuko to say, “Alright, do your thing.”

Rokuko had a strange look on her face when she heard this. She just looked at Lin Fan with eyes that were filled with confusion, as if she just couldn’t understand what he was doing.

With a cough, Haku’s expression seemed to calm down a bit before she said, “Alright, I can agree that this is indeed the case. However, you should know that the Laver Empire is the biggest empire on the magic continent, so it’s not as if it’s easy to give you land. If you want something like this, it will take time.”

Lin Fan just shook his head before saying, “We don’t want anything fancy. All we want is a simple piece of land in the middle of nowhere to set up a dungeon.”

However, Lin Fan just simply said, “Isn’t it because we can’t go back? Isn’t that the reason why we’re trying to find a place to settle.”

“No, if it was just that, then you could remain in the castle.” After stroking her chin for a bit, a smile suddenly appeared on Haku’s face as she said, “Are you planning on using the dungeon system to find a way back? That’s not a bad idea, but do you really think that a second dungeon would help?”

Lin Fan just looked right back at her with an expressionless look on his face, as if he wasn’t fazed by her words at all.

Only when Haku saw him like this, the smile on her face became wider as if she had suddenly figured something out.

With a snap of her fingers, Agnus came over with a map.

Haku narrowed her eyes to look at it for a bit before suddenly pointing at one spot on the map.

This was a spot in the middle of nowhere. Based on the map, it seemed that this place was completely filled with forest and was quite far from the nearest road.

With the same smile on her face, Haku said, “Then how about this place? We’ll give you this entire forest to create a dungeon and town in. I think that this should be more than big enough, right?”

Lin Fan gave a simple nod in response to this while Rokuko looked at Lin Fan with a confused look. However, she didn’t say anything on this matter as she just left everything to him.

That was the trust that she had in him.

Haku gave a satisfied clap when she saw this before saying, “Very good, then that’s settled.”

Agnus shook her head and gave a sigh, but she still took care of the matters that was necessary.

And in two days, Lin Fan and Rokuko departed.

The land that Haku gave them wasn’t that far in the first place, so it didn’t take long for them to arrive.

While Rokuko was creating the dungeon, Lin Fan scouted out the surrounding area to see if there was anything useful.

After all, he could tell that these monsters weren’t strong at all.

It just took a simple few swings of his sword to take them down.

Though what this really was a testament of was the strength that Lin Fan had gained during this time.
